1. Agreement to Terms

By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for the content you submit, post, or display on our platform ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant Reclamo.ca a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating and providing the services. You agree not to post User Content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing on intellectual property rights, or otherwise harmful.

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the service in any medium.
  • Using any automated system, including "robots," "spiders," "offline readers," etc., to access the service.
  • Transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited email.
  • Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the service.
  • Taking any action that imposes, or may impose at our sole discretion an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.
  • Uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents through the service.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Reclamo.ca makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Reclamo.ca or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Reclamo.ca's website, even if Reclamo.ca or a Reclamo.ca authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
